Current position
A cookie is a small text file stored on a device. Similar technologies include local storage, tracking pixels and other methods that store information on, or access information from, a device.
The current public website does not set advertising, personalisation or cross-site tracking cookies. Its analytics implementation is Umami, whose tracking code operates without cookies. The public site does not currently write to local storage or session storage. For that reason, there is no non-essential cookie category for a visitor to accept or reject, and a consent banner is not currently displayed.

Analytics and external resources
Umami is used to understand aggregate website use and improve the usefulness of the site. It does not use cookies in its tracking code, does not store personally identifiable information and does not track visitors across websites. The approved website fonts are served directly from the website host, so loading typography does not create a separate request to a font provider.
Your controls
Most browsers allow you to inspect, block or delete cookies and site data. Blocking strictly necessary technology may affect website operation. Because the current public website has no optional cookie or browser-storage category, there is no separate preferences control to operate at this time.

If the technology changes
The cookie audit will be repeated before adding advertising pixels, embedded marketing tools, session replay, non-essential analytics, personalisation or any other technology that stores or accesses information on a visitor's device. Where consent is required, the technology will be blocked until the visitor makes an active choice. Accept and reject controls will be equally accessible, preferences will be changeable, and consent records will be retained for an appropriate period.
This policy will be updated when the website's technology changes or relevant guidance is revised.
